There’s something for everyone at this Mediterranean grill and lounge. Start off with the Hummus, Dolma (stuffed grape leaves) or if you simply can’t decide, go with the Meze Tabagi – a mixed meze platter (a combination of hummus, cacik, dolma, babaganoush, grilled halloumi, feta cheese and sigara borek). Be sure someone at the table orders the Doner Kebab – the House Specialty, prepared fresh daily with a mixture of thinly sliced marinated lamb and beef, grilled in front of a spitfire. Unlike other places’ take on this traditional dish, TurCusine’s version is well-spiced, light and fluffy. Other popular entrees to choose from are the various Shish (kuzu, tavuk and beef), array of Kebabs (adana, tas and yogurtlu) and Pides (Turkish pizzas).
